How MailMiner handles your data, your privacy, and your rights.
MailMiner processes your email content only when you send a request — AI never reads your inbox unprompted. We do not store your email content beyond what is necessary to fulfill your requests and maintain your account.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We never share your email content, never sell your data, and never use it for AI model training. Your business data stays yours.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@mailminer.work. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once complete.
Payments are processed through PayPal. MailMiner does not store or process your payment details. PayPal's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
MailMiner is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Our hosting providers have no access to your email content and are bound by strict data processing agreements.
